At Magicwipe™, we stand behind the quality of our products.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
For selected hero products, such as the Magicwipe™ XXL Drying Cloth, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the day your order arrives.
You may try the product once, and if you’re not happy with the results, you can return it as long as it’s clean and undamaged.
For all other products, our standard 30-day return policy applies.
How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, please contact us at support@magicwipe.com with your order number and a short explanation.
Our team will respond within 1-2 working days and provide the correct return instructions.
Please note that we can’t accept returns without prior authorisation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item otherwise.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, as they are already on their way.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, please contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to cancel it before shipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Used products that are not clean or have visible damage
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again.
Refunds can take a few days to appear depending on your payment provider.
If more than 10 business days have passed, please email us at support@magicwipe.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email.
